Vasectomy is now offered in Lusaka by Dr. Robert Kachacha and his dedicated Team:

There is NO FEE during a promotional campaign lasting until November 30. Starting December 1, the fee will be 1000 Kwacha (or $46 US) for men who can afford it. For men who would not be able to have a vasectomy if they had to pay the 1000 Kwacha, NSVI will pay Dr. Kachacha and his team.
